We are proud to announce the successful participation of our Executive Director, Zenayeneh Girma, in the Intra-African Trade Fair 2025 (IATF2025), held from 4th to 10th September in Algiers, Algeria.
This landmark event, convened by Afreximbank in collaboration with the African Union Commission and the AfCFTA Secretariat, brought together over 112,000 participants from 132 countries. Following the event, our foundation received a formal letter of appreciation from the IATF2025 Advisory Council, chaired by H.E. Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, recognizing our contribution to the fair’s success.
A key outcome of our participation was the opportunity to build strategic connections with numerous Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) from across the African continent. These new networks are vital for sharing knowledge, building collaborative partnerships, and advancing our shared mission of youth and cultural development within the framework of the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA).
We extend our gratitude to the organizers and look forward to leveraging these new relationships to create greater impact for the communities we serve.
